Thank you so much for your interest in Iced by Anna custom sugar cookies for your next celebration (or "just because" - who needs a reason for cookies?!).

Before completing the form, please review the following notes:

Pricing per dozen:

• Tier 1 - Starts at $70. Includes 3 designs.

• Tier 2 - Starts at $80. Includes 4-6 designs. 

• Tier 3 - Starts at $100. Includes 6+ designs.

• Prices may increase based on design complexity, including (but not limited to) characters or logos, extensive writing, metallic details, 3D piping, etc. 

Please note:

• All cookies are heat sealed in clear cellophane bags. Once heat sealed, decorated sugar cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks when stored at room temperature. When frozen, cookies will stay fresh for 3+ months.

• Submission of this form does not finalize an order.

• Kindly allow up to 48 hours for response after submitting.
